That weight isn't normal but the pitted look to the obverse makes me think it may have been in some type of cuastic (acidic) substance which dissolved part of the coin.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.

1 out of 50 1970 penny's the only one with that weight and havevthe same size like the rest

I think that pitting could be from a thinned planchet not filling the die but with those pictures it could as easily be acid damage. Clearer photos are needed to give you an answer.
