From what I've seen online these ha prefix notes are scarce in wondering if anyone would know anymore about this and the value of a bill in this condition( I'm not very good at grading paper money yet) any help would be appreciated.

F-VF I find it hard to grade banknotes from photographs. My very old Pick list F at $1.5 and VF at $5.0 but does not talk about the different prefixes.

HA over 00 and HA over 50 are the valuable prefixes so this is just a standard prefix.
My 2014 catalogue says $40 AUD for Fine.

Yes,but lucky to get $10-$20(at best) for them on ebay these days.

Plenty of them around, local Dealer had hundreds of them in boxes,he was just waiting for the value to increase before selling, same with his Gold stock.
