2007 Idaho Quarter Please Help Me Identify "Error"

I got this the other day. I thought something was spilled on but under the microscope you can see the letters are on top of it. Or at least it looks that way. Then the area above igwt is raised and has what looks like a 2 in it .

Definitely glue or something like that. As far as the other area, it could also be some foreign substance, or even corrosion. Definitely not an error though.

Thank you for the reply. It isn't glue. It feels like metal and the letters feel like they are on top. Neither can be picked off. I will have to get better pics when my internet is back up.

Try a soak in 100% pure acetone,not standard nail polish remover.

It is glue or some other type of adhesive that dries clear. You can see the design and devices beneath
