2018 P Dime: Lamination Or Struck Through Error? + Die Chips

Found a strange mark that I can't make much sense of. I have reason to believe this is a mint error due to how the parallel lines disappear behind the torch and then lead into a strange mark. I have included some die chips for those that like seeing them.

Feeder finger damage.

When they buff the die off to removed the damage, then the coins start to look like this:

with Feeder Finger Damage. This is the common spot for them on dimes.
