1969 Nickel With One Penny On Back?!!

It's a 1969 nickel that has also the Lincoln memorial on the back as well as the words one cent. Any help would be appreciated. Report this Post to the Staff

We see coins like this pressed together in a vice. The Lincoln Memorial can be seen backwards, a dead give away. Creation by the mint is not possible, it's some trickster's idea of fun. PMD.
