Hello everyone, hope all are well. I have an interesting nickel I would like some feedback on if at all possible. It's a 1969 nickel that has also the Lincoln memorial on the back as well as the words one cent. Any help would be appreciated.

Shed job. A little lathe turning, and some Araldite can work wonders!

Now a curio, and a keeper.
So long as you got it cheaply, or for free.

It's a coin created in a shed, meaning, manipulated in someone's back garden or basement. We see coins like this pressed together in a vice. The Lincoln Memorial can be seen backwards, a dead give away. Creation by the mint is not possible, it's some trickster's idea of fun. PMD.

It is just damage. A nickel and cent were smashed together.

They can even be made by putting two coins together and taking a big swing with a sledge hammer.

I tried this in a bench vice once, but couldn't get them smashed together enough to transfer the image from one coin to the next.
