Looks like a Clipped Planchet . However, one angle looks like ripping occurred . That might mean that it was done after Mint . There is no "Blakesly effect " . https://dniewcollectors.blogspot.co...r%20striking.

It does look like an Incomplete Planchet error to me! If you look at the rim on the opposite side of the coin you can see a slight distortion called the Blakesley Effect. The Blakesley on this coin is very small, but it's a good indicator that this is a true mint error.

I can see the Blakesley effect so this is actually a true clipped planchet error.

I question this one. Looks more like that affected area, is flattened on both sides of the coin.

Thank you all for your feedback one side looking at it closely with a magnifying glass does seem like it's cupped like it was pushed into and the other side is worn some but it does have a lip like it was punched through

I live in lake county California if anyone knows a good place to go to get it looked at by somebody with the proper equipment and knowledge I would really appreciate it
