On the tops of the motto it is showing Machine Doubling. So if the ear is pressed/flatted and now shelf looking, I feel it is part of the Machine Doubling. Even the reverse incuse EPU devices are showing Machine Doubling. So it is probably not a doubled ear from what I can see in the images.

On the DDRs on the EPU's they are incuse on the coin, raised on the die. Thus is they are enlarged, then they are not a doubled die. (Just the opposite of raised devices) On a DDR on incuse devices, they would actually be reduced, not enlarged. (which is Machine Doubling)

@coop. The reverse pics are to demonstrate the "die crack along the top left edge of the shield" as described on Wexlers. The "T" in TRUST pic is to demonstrate the "die chips to the left of the first T in Trust". Only the ear is in question for doubling.

Note the LU on Pluribus on your image. That bottoms of those devices are showing the Machine Doubling.

You're not hearing me, coop. Only the ear for doubling. The other photos are to show markers as listed on Wexlers.
