I have a roll of uncirculated silver 1959 Denver mint Roosevelt dimes and from that roll came this little guy that I'm guessing is from die polishing. On the top of the olive branch it seems part of the upper right leaf is missing. Any thoughts?

to CCF. Looks like a die gouge of some sort.I do not think it would be called die polishing though.

Thank you so much! Do you happen to know if that is common? I try to look items up on Wexler but I seem to be having some issues navigating the site properly.

I would not say it is common, but there is very little if any collector interest in it.
