I've had legitimate coins that look just as bad. I don't recall if any of them had Republica Mexicana on them or not. Report this Post to the Staff

Specifically regarding the Mo mint type shown above... there are definitely lots of poor quality regal pieces (planchet flaws, weak strikes - pronounced die clashed are also common). When you look at enough, however, you can tell a poorly made regal Mo apart from the CCs. Report this Post to the Staff
