I just think you're looking at circulation damage and Die Deterioration.

It shows a die clash on the obverse and reverse as well as pretty heavy Die Deterioration.

I agree there is a die clash on the eye of Roosevelt. Other than that, lots of Die Deterioration.

minor die clash. Probably no premium for this one. The circles you drew all over the coin aren't helping, and only distracted from the parts of the coin I needed to look at.

VLDS (Very-Late-Die-State) coin. The reverse is showing heavy die flow lines. No premium for this. All dies eventually get this bad when they reach retirement. So it is not a plus for the coin. It is the way the dies shows it age. Kind of like wrinkles on a senior person.
