Best I could get for now. Had to take pic through a loop which proved challenging. Will try to get better one. Straight on its a little hard to see but at angle lime I show can see a little better.

Thanks for reply. I looked at your link but see no doubling. If you look at the "E" you can clearly see it was stamped twice. Or at least something happened. If die deteriorated, it would leave a full "E" then half another "E" on top of it? Let alone the "W" and the slots above other letters?

See how E looks complete but it has a gap and another stem in inditation. I understand die wear, but never like this.

Another..I may not know much, but I can see those letters are pretty much complete. Then in rim cavity there are what appear to be a double stamp. If die deteriorated think it just slipped and punched semi-twice?
