1953 D LWC Was It Clipped?

Went through about 100 1953 D LWC and found a few errors / varieties.

I think it is a minor clip. Looks like a small Blakesley Effect which doesn't show up in the photos. Unfortunately there is staining / environmental damage to make this not a great coin.

Reverse makes me think PMD...let's hear from others

I'm pretty sure the reverse pic shows the Blakesley effect so I'm pretty sure this is a legit clip. Also looks like a straight clip; Just like my 1939 LWC that I posted a while back. A straight clip is caused by the blanking press cutting over the edge of the stock material. Which means the metal stock strip was off center of the blanking press.
