It should be magnetic since al 1943 pennies made for general circulation were not made of copper which was being used for the war effort.
There is no mint mark b/c Philadelphia does not put mint marks on pennies (one exception is 2017). In fact no coins from Philly had mint marks on them until 1979 when everything from there except pennies were given a P.
OK - always one more exception to the rule: During WWII nickels from 1942-1945 can have a large P on them above Monticello on the back.
And I do not see any "errors." Please tell us what else you are seeing.
