This 1959 penny might have doubling on "In God WeTrust. Is this all post mint damage?

Looks like a finger or palmprint on the left and graffiti around the date. It could have been done with a fine ballpoint pen or needle. The scratches seem to stop at the edges of the devices and then start again. Just Post Strike Damage.

I definitely see the fingerprint and the graffiti mentioned by @yoko, but will need a close-up to check for doubling on IGWT.

The fingerprint and intentional scratches are both post mint damage ( PMD). Spend it and keep searching

Looks like a damaged normal coin from what I can see on the images.
