I think this is a planchet error but not sure what type. The edge of the coin looks split in places but not coming apart.

I have had a good look but sure what this type of error should be classed as. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Interesting...had this for about 40 years....I had assumed it was an error but maybe it is just damaged
