I know this isn't one of the years for ear doubling, but this penny looks like it has it....

Just looks like it to me and looks like doubling on the corner of the building on the reverse too.

I noticed one on PCGS that looks like your coin. But on it the nose and a lot of the reverse devices are machine doubled:

That maybe the case on your coin also. You might want to check this one to see if it is the same event that happened with your coin?

@coop I check d it out the letters on the Reverse May be the same. But the marks around his ear aren't. Should I do more research?

Might also be die abrasion/polishing.

I'm pretty sure the rectangular mark below the ear is a die clash.

This 1993 die clash cent has a nearly identical mark: http://www.maddieclashes.com/adc-1c-1993-01/

Below the ear is a die clash. I thought the op was talking about the ear lobe.
