coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 10/19/2020 2:48 pm Damaged coins that a variety are considered cull coins. Normal coins are just considered face value coins. A cull coin, reduces the value up to 90% as a loss. So consider not buying a problem coin. Because if you buy it, you might have a problem selling it. Report this Post to the Staff
