Thoughts on what this might grade?

Obverse pic is blurry. Reverse shows some suggestion of wiping or cleaning at top, but pics are really too dark to see field details clearly. Can you sharpen the obverse pic and show us brighter images?

Always difficult for me to grade BLP half and quarter eagles.
This one appears to have some wear on the ties and feathers to the head dress, and on the Indian's cheek. Top of the the leading edge of eagle's wing also flat. No luster shows in these pictures.
EF-45.

Clearly circulated and possibly cleaned. Has some minor hits and scratches. XF-45 seem about right.

XF-45, too much wear to hit AU, IMO.

Not nearly as crisp as your 14D. Some wear/flat spots and dings along with some rim chatter holds this back. XF45 for me. smat

Improperly cleaned with XF/AU details. There's $230 worth of gold there with no numismatic premium IMO.

AU 55 cleaned, but it has some eye appeal IMHO

I'm way off from the rest off CCF on this one. I see at VF35 maybe XF40

I am there with you. The detail in the headress is nearly gone. I go VF35 the test and looks cleaned for that level.
