I have several of these 1982 d Kennedy half dollars that seem to be in great shape. I see in PCGS that the value goes way up in the 67-67+ category. Do you think this could have a chance of reaching that level?

Gold color just the lighting, coin has no toning, just normal mint luster.

I mean, here's how many I have... lighting in this pic shows more of the mint luster.

Toning makes it more difficult to grade from screen shots, to be able to see fine hairlines which may or may not be there under the toning.
Easier to examine in hand using a 10x loupe, just as the third party graders do.

Small cuts on cheek and smaller ones in hair indicate this coin to be no better than
MS-64.

I'm just a little confused because here's a screenshot of the MS67 on the PCGS app, and I'm highlighting some obvious scratches here, so I'm wondering if they're looking at it differently than I'm thinking to determine grade...

Picture below is not my coin, just PCGS

Difficult to tell from the first photos posted--white balance is skewed some, mid-to low resolution, and the images are taken at a slight angle (not vertical). Minor dings and hits, hint of light circulation wear (reverse). With all that, I'm thinking MS63-ish at best.

Possibly MS-65 but photos are a little hard to grade from.

I also believe that...while there are nicks/scratches on the PCGS example you show...they are "kind of" hidden in the hair detail where yours is in an open field of his portrait below his hair and on his cheek...1st glance eye appeal.
