1982 P Small Date With Cud On 8 0f Date

Hello everyone, I got this 1982 P small date (2.5 gm weight) from my weekly bank roll hunt. I could have sworn I saw doubling on the reverse but after I took the pics, I don't see any. Did find a small Cud on the bottom of the 8, but it is so small I'm not sure it classifies as a Cud. Nice looking coin though. Also found a worn 1908 Wheat penny with the VDB on the base of the reverse. That gave me a thrill.

Looks like a die chip to me.

That's my guess as well. Definitely not a Cud.

Looks like plating debris to me,not a Cud or a chip.

I'm with @john1 on this one that it isn't a die chip. @acag, can you please try to depress this area with the tip of a wooden toothpick? It might be an unpopped plating bubble.

If not plating debris...looks like a crease from a well placed hit my have occurred...?
