But the doubling should be present for a marker like that to mean anything. DDO-004: (earlier die state) Later die states: Reverse die marker for the later die states: Because of the rim Cud issue, the die was retired early. The reverse was matched with a different obverse and some have spotted the reverse die scratches. They made a big deal, but I don't know why. With out the doubled die, there would be nothing to save it for? IMOHO Report this Post to the Staff
