Is this quarter a DDR? And can anyone tell me what that mark is that looks like a D?

Not seeing a DDR,looks like MD and or DDD. The mark that looks like a D, looks like a stain to me.

Maybe a bit of both MD and DDD on the reverse.

Stain on the obverse, and a scratch going between the neck and hair.

If it were an extra 'D' it would have to be on the die, and it would be raised if it were on the die. (Like the normal mintmark)
