Interesting cent. I would send that cent in for attribution. You may have something here.

Looks like fading die scratches. If we hand an earlier die state, the die scratches are probably above the top or below the bottom to the building. The die scratches last longer on contain areas. But this the outside of the die. (the bays) At first I thought they might be die trails. But looking at the EPU, that might be the case? A closer view of the EPU may change my mind. But I see other areas with long die scratches. 'T' on cent, FG area east.

I think this could be a nice doubled die. Looks similar to the ones listed on Wexler's site:

Very cool! I recommend submitting it for attribution.

If it were a DDR, then an overlay of the reverse should match up with your example. I would need a full image of the whole columns 1-2 on one shot to see if an overlay would match. If so, then it might be a new die?

I'm confident that this is a doubled die, based on what I have seen in person and what is listed online.

If you submit this one, let us all know the results!

Thanks everyone. It looks like it to me but just wanted to get opinions from CCF.
I did check other site's as always before posting and like CoinHunter27 pointed out it does look similar to the couple Wexler has.
Coop here's some pictures I think you needed hope these are ok.
I think I'll contact Wexler and submit. I will let all know results.
Thanks again for looking. RobO.

Now I see you wanted Column 1-12.
