Well this one was worth waiting for, and I am pleasantly surprised that I caught that grade the same as PCGS called it. Glad there is no mention of the scratches as well, I have a similar nice AU Morgan with a rare VAM the 1901 VAM 3 shifted eagle that has a tiny staple scratch across the face, kills the value on it even though the interesting part is the reverse for the dramatic eagle tail feather shifting. I'm probably losing around $600-900 because of that darn scratch, and it's barely noticeable, and only in the angle of light.

My coin is in a SEGS holder and the pin scratch is noted, I have sent it to PCGS as a crossover, which they refused so I just left it in the SEGS slab and put it away in the safe a couple of decades ago.

With the cleaning and all, I'd be glad to take this ugly duckling off of your hands. But in all seriousness, this is such a gorgeous coin. I really love the design of these early dimes.

It looks like a nice example even through its original surfaces were completely removed. And it gives us an idea of what it looked like 225 years ago!
