Large date. Tail of 9 pointing down to the bottom of the 7 is the tell. A small cent will have it pointing towards the middle/top of the 7. Also the 7 sits too low vis a vis the tops of the 9 and 0. Liberty gets weaker as you get to the end of the word on a small cent.
