Of the DDRs from 1939, this one actually has rather a lot of character. Separation can be seen on some of the lettering and certainly on the tips of the wheats, as well as overall thickness on all the devices.

Wow you can see that one excellently. Been awhile since I've seen the dots on the reverse that severely separated. Spectacular find Bats.

Nice find.
You know when the dots are looking like water barrels you have some really nice class 6 doubling going on.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.

That is a nice spread Starting the 'E' and then getting weaker. Sweet looking example. Still a nice die state also. I like it when you can see the spread on the tops of the devices on the EPU:
