Appears to be a Retained Cud, can you take some straight on shots closer to the area in question?

I don't see a listing for this one on Cuds-on-coins http://cuds-on-coins.com/washington-quarter-rcd/ - I would put it in a 2x2 and keep it

I think it is a struck through debris on that area. Not a rim Cud. It is not tall enough to be one, also the area next to the devices, shows a fold over there during the strike.

I agree there is no rim Cud.

Look close Coop. It sure looks lhose are die cracks forming a precud on the area next to the devices.
