I need some help identifying what I'm looking at here. Two things to look at"

1. the weak strike on the reverser - is it a grease punch?
2. Is this there a die crack on the bottom of the reverse.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Seems to be a grease-fill issue on "States of".

Note the missing and weak devices outside edges? Now how much wider they are? That tells me this is a Grease Fill on the die issue:
