I found this in a big lot, the only bigger error I could find but surely a nice one!

Sorry Spence, I meant 2 errors instead of a double. A little bit confusing I suppose.

Gincoin, what do you mean exactly? I can't push because it's stuck to the coin so it does not move..

If it is thin it should flex up and down, that is a copper plated steel coin I believe.

Ok yes I understand now. If the material composition is copper-plated steel then the steel core may be oxidizing and pressing up on the copper plating. I think that is what @gc is talking about.
