2.6 g. Looks like someone took the time to do this. Lathe it out n lead it in. The condition with scratches is like I got it. It came out of a slot machine back in late 70s. Lol I personally know people might not have much going on in their lives (but).

Damaged coin. Not a mint error. Altered after the strike in circulation. Looks like an acid dip and a sanding off of the devices. Just a spender.

I know it's damaged.Worthless. I keep everything nuts I know but I'm that way about a lot of stuff. Had this sense 1970something.
I sorta thought someone hollowed it out and filled it with lead for some reason. It weighs 2.6 grams. It's the same thickness as a regular dime.
So on reverse side could that happened from heat?

No, I don't think the reverse was damaged from heat, it looks like acid corrosion. Sad someone took the time to deliberately destroy this coin.
