A closer view will show if these are raised or incuse lines on the reverse. If incuse lines with a trench, it is damage with cuts into the coin. If they are raised in the centers of the area you are looking at, it might be a die crack. But my guess from what I can see, they look like cut marks on the coin. I think I see copper lines. (It is were raised, it would be the clad color)

I agree with coop. Kind of looks like a scratch with the color difference.

When some sharp tools are pulled across metal, the displaced metal rolls up a sharp burr that is raised above the surface along the outside, just like a plow being pulled across a field, leaving both a trench and a ridge or ridges of dirt. It will be there unless handling or other processes knock it off. That said, that is not always the case. There are ways/tooling for scribing metal such that the displaced metal is pulled away while cutting, not leaving much of a burr to start with.
