1964 D Roosevelt Dime Strike Through?

Igor22 Valued Member United States 81 Posts	Posted 11/22/2020 4:31 pm I am very baffled by this Dime. I'm not sure if this could be a strike through, or partial die cap strike....or possibly something else. I've been a collector for over 40 years, and I've not seen a coin with a similar detail as this. The reverse is just a normal light strike, just regular circulation wear. Any ideas?
