bobbylena interesting wheatie you have there, seems like there is extra metal around the entire circumference of the coin. Could be a strike on the wrong planchet. I would see if I could get a better image and post it in the variety and error thread for the experts to look at.

think I may have found a full roll of 2011 d shield cents. n.f. string wrappers so I can't tell. but the ends are both heads and are both 2011. so I think odds are that it is a full roll. I havent found any 2011 in circulation yet, so the odds that one roll would have 2 ends and not be a full roll are very slim.

Three boxes yielded a 1976-S, 26 wheats (1940 and younger), 2 Bermuda Cents, 1 Panama Centesimo, about 15 Canadian, 11 S-Mints (68-74), and lots to look through for [hopefully] something great.

This morning I had a great experience with my five year old daughter. She likes my coins, so I proposed we do a penny book of old wheats. We had to wait for medicine, and next door was a bank. I walked in and bought a box of pennies (her first), and we searched some while waiting. On top of 2 rolls were wheat pennies. I let her open those rolls and search for wheats and she was grinning from ear to ear. She found a 1930, 1941 and 1944 - her first wheats. I also found a few including a 1916 S - very psyched about that one. We have about 40 rolls left, and I am going let her search the rest. She can search for wheats, and then I will pull out the copper. So far, I am pulling about 20%-25% copper.
