Congrats, all!
Nothing earth-shaking for me lately (will anything be, after that Civil War token?), but got a 2-cent Netherlands Euro piece the other day, along with a nice amount of 2009s and 2012s.

Nice finds everyone! I took a break from cents and went through some dimes and halves. I will take looking at copper for hours on end with a tiny 14X loupe over silver any day!

No. My bank sells me bags from the machine in the lobby. Yesterday, they said a man came in with more than 3,000 dollars in coin, so I stepped up and bought a bag of dimes, and two bags of pennies.
Here's the second bag of pennies: 12 Canadian, oldest 1956.
11 Wheaties 1917 1919 1947S The rest 1950's
I'm going back on Monday to buy two bags of quarters. They let me look at one, and I thought I heard something that sounded odd. In general, I've had lousy luck with bags of quarters.. mostly skunk, with a few foreign coins.
Best of all is half dollars, but the machine seldom gets above $50 before someone else buys it, so I don't usually get much to pick through. When I get $100 or $200 in halves I usually get a number of 40%, usually a Franklin or two, and often Canadian "toonies," Mexico 10 ps. Not long ago, I got two silver Canadian halves, which was fun.

Quote: Nice 1945!! Did you find that in a roll? Amazingly, yes! I had purchased $10 in unmarked machine wrapped cents from a downtown bank (they claim they roll them from the contents of their lobby counting machine) and had found nothing, until this beauty popped out. Went back and bought another $20 from them; yet to go through those.

Just went through my last roll of the box that I found so many wheats in (87 total). The last roll had 5 wheats, a nice 56 Canadian, and this spiffy 17-D. At least I think its a 17-D...
