Owassokie Pillar of the Community United States 622 Posts	Posted 07/02/2012 01:50 am I am so sad, mad, and frustrated right now. Last week I found an awesome error cent. It had been partially stamped twice. The second stamp was at about a 90 degree differance to the original. You could see traces of it on both sides. I've lost it...spent the weekend going through my dump cents...can't find it anywhere. I almost got my USB microscope out twice last week to log it and just too lazy. I left my "need to photograph" pile on the kitchen table and my 2 year old decided to file them in the "copper" bin..... I figured something seemed odd when I heard "Look Daddy... got your copper coins" - and yes... both of my children are young numismatists... my 4 year old can tell the difference between copper and zinc by sound... amazes everyone! I actually HAVE some "parts bins" but they are conveniently still in the bag from home depot, untouched. Report this Post to the Staff
