It's hit and miss for me with customer wrapped rolls, but when they pay off it's usually been really good, like whole rolls of wheats or really good coin that looks like it has been wrapped up since the 70's, But the next batch may not even have any copper.......

edited to add, I have noticed that when people are pulling copper they are doing it by hand on the rolls I have received because they leave all the 1982 coins that my machine kicks out as copper.

A lot of banks you can't get customer wrapped rolls. I've yet to find one, myself.

usually the customer wrapped rolls are either sold again at the window for people asking for change, or the banks break them down into big bags and send them out to be counted, one of the banks I get coin from will not give you what they get from customers, it all gets broken down and sent in.

Maybe this is the wrong place; I should be looking for ugliest cent found! However, it is charming in its own way. Anyway 1919 S:

I would of thought that banks would wanna give our cwr so they save money on paying a company to re roll them. I should have picked up few boxes before leaving Alaska because that's what the banks there do I've never received anything but cwr from the banks.

Hey I take what I can get, when I do hit some coin that I can see has been searched I just run all the same wrappers for the stragglers and don't bother checking for anything else.

Mike, I was going to say Germany--Bundesrepublik. Either that or Austria would seem to be it, then, since they're big and little sis as far as countries go.

Got my 10th box in pennies, and got quite a couple of red LMC's. They include a 1959, a 1960, a 1970-S (Large Date), and a 1983.
Also got 3 wheats: 1919-S (Yay!), a 1942, and a 1956-D
Lastly, a 1978 Canadian.
