My guess is it was bought at a Gettysburg souvenir shop with a stamping machine on sight for a buck or less.

Maybe I'm missing something... but how can you tell it was a 1951 with no obverse?

I just went through 10 rolls, only one wheat, 1942. I also found a couple funny ones, the first one 1973 D looks like it has two rims on one side. Probably the biggest error I've found. I know it's common though. The second has me perplexed. It's 1982, and it looks like someone punched a D mint mark into the coin, because it's indented instead of raised. Has anyone ever seen anything like that? I also found a couple wood grain pennies. I love those :D
