Seems to have the beginning of the name Philip [ΦΙΛ...] above the horseman.

It seems to be an ancient imitation, perhaps a celtic one, of a macedonian bronze AE struck under Philip II. Since it is very worn it is difficult to be certain that is not genuine. But the horseman seems to be really wrong in style.
