In going through $500.00 of 100% 2020 P Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller quarters - Straight from the Fed - I found eight of them which were silver on both sides but lacked a "polished" finish. They do have a bit of a sheen, just not a mirror-like shine.
Have any of you run across this?
I am not sure what to call this since they are obviously "clad".
Did the mint possibly miss a step in which they should have been polished?
