Can someone help me identify the raised spots above the top line of the state on either side of the symbol and the tips on the right side of the symbol?

That's an interesting picture but it doesn't line up with my coin. How could that be the case and still be a die clash?

Keep in mind that one of the dies (usually the hammer die) does rotate during a clash. So the clash can be slightly different.
