If you follow NGC's instagram, you know that recently there was a contest, the main prize of which was a silver dollar. I was lucky enough to win it and NGC sent me a coin, but a few days later the company informed me that the parcel had returned. They sent it again. I wanted to find out the number of the shipment to personally track the progress, but they don't give it to me. They say that they do not own the departure number. I'm afraid I might not get my winnings at all. What do you think about it ?

I wouldn't worry, NGC has a reputation to uphold and I don't think they would tarnish it over not sending you your winnings. You'll eventually get your prize. Congratulations on winning it.
