NGC received my submissions on 11-24 and they have STILL not showed them as 'received' on their website . A call to them resulted in " As of yesterday, we were opening mail that was delivered to us on November 23rd. You should see your order entered today or tomorrow."
That doesn't seem quite right to me. Oh well, it could be the corona virus I suppose.

You think that's bad? I had sent off some coins to PCGS for myself and a friend and they were received in early/mid November. They were entered yesterday. There were 2 forms in there. Of the two forms, they only entered one and then flagged it as a problem. Sigh.

Anacs isn't as bad, they got my package on 12/2 and entered it today. But it looks like I'll get it back in 2021

I think both NGC and PCGS have been inundated with submission for a few months now. The last batch I sent to PCGS went out on the 5th of October. It was received into their system on the 19th of October and is currently in the encapsulation step.

And remember right after the first of the year they will be inundated with monster boxes of ASE's. If you send in coins in January expect a LONG turnaround time.

You are not alone-- I have had 3 different submissions sit there for over a week between the delivery date and NGC's received date. It is concerning but every time I have called and asked its suddenly in their system the next day. I had a batch of coins that I sent to ANACS with the same situation and I am glad I did. I had it signed for and the person who signed for it was not an ANACS employee! SO they had to investigate and it was found (delivered to a different PO box if I remember correctly).
