This Rhode Island quarter is JACKED up on the reverse side... the front (obverse?) Side isn't perfect by any means but nothing close to the reverse.. is this worth holding onto?

@cato, those linear grooves look like scratches to me on the rev (not mint errors). Are you seeing anything else with the coin in hand?

glad this coin came up on forum. about one third of this year does not have water in front of boat. yet is not talked about that I know of anyway

Well mostly you are seeing coin damage, not a mint error.
