1953-D-Penny-Is-This-A-Double-Strike?

Hi, I am new to this forum. hoping that I am uploading this correctly but I have had this coin for a very long time and want to see if it really is a double strike. I can't seem to find anything indicating there were double strikes for 1953 d as to online guides. Any input based on the photos would be appreciated.

Thanks!

John

Looks like a BB gun shot. Just damage to the coin. Now it is just a Wheat cent.

Appears to be a victim of wanton target practice.

It also looks like it was once an encased "lucky cent" causing the damage around the edge.

I agree. A cent struck a couple of times by a "BB" gun. No premium value, worth 3 cents tops.

to the CCF!
