Some light chatter on the bust, and a few hits on the letters on the reverse, I'd say at least MS-64 RB with this lighting.The reverse hairlines look like die polishing lines.

United Tates? If that's a Greaser, it's uncommon to finf one letter filled while others look fine. MS64

New photos with better/diffused lighting would help. Given what's posted, I'd say MS64. TATES is kinda fun.
