Hello, I'd like to here your opinion's on this one. I've been through quite a few box's of Lincoln's and have never found one like this before. Could it possibly be bars on column's #4 and #7 or just very nice gouges?

Neither. That's a normal part of the design.

They are die gouges. Again, isolating one little thing doesn't give you the overall picture. Look at the line on the left side and then follow it with your eyes at the same angle and you will see more of the gouge above the Memorial building.
