to CCF. It would be called a doubled die,not a double die but your coin is DDD=die deterioration doubling aka a worn die.

Full photos of the coin's obverse and reverse are much appreciated--helps us establish better context for what we're seeing. May also lead to discovery of other interesting things going on with the coin.
