The coin has great detail with some of the high points flat, but the dings in the field below liberty and the dings above the one and the one itself brings the grade down to EF45.

Nice coin, I think it would grade EF-40.

Most of these came from moderate to heavy die wear. I thought somebody might dip it down to VF35. I gave this coin EF-45 due to the Dener die issues, so you guys did good. A TGP may even take this down to VF-35/EF-40 as they tend to technical grade these. I really think NGC or PCGS would put it at VF-35.
