This coin has a lot of damage as well as a lot of oddities. I am wondering if the mint mark is D over D and if the other pics are Cuds or is it all PMD? Thanks for looking.

A plating issue w/zinc rot. Spend it while you still can. Twenty years from now all these zinc coins will have eaten themselves.

Definitely a lot of rot. How does that cause these bumps or uplift to happen? Are they "hollow" underneath?
