When I read your subject title I was about to say , because it's a 43/2 error .But looking at your photos it doesn't quite cut the mustard . Could be just a well placed hit .

I don't think this is the overdate Jefferson. The area in question is too small, at the wrong angle and the other elements of the 2 and doubling on the 4 are missing. I think it's just circulation damage.

. Perhaps a hit, or maybe the start of a die crack at the 3, but not the overdate.

Not an overdate - use a search engine to find closeup and compare what is the overdate.
